The group SIMA has entrusted us with grouping both brands Peugeot and Citroen in the town of DENAIN. It is on a parcel of land of 14 000 m², given up by the municipality, that the project will be realized in 2018. Back to back with the town centre and on the edge of the commercial area, these new premises are located in a priviledge urban area. The pedestrian thread, nearby, will be extended ensuring public space continuity.
The fences on the streets’ side, made of a wall enhanced by wrought iron are made to look like the prolongation of the neighboring residential fences.
The architectural project allows to identify and show off both brands, a repair workshop and a servicing workshop will stand against the project.
