Founded in 1976 in Villefranche-de-Rouergue, the “société d’Architecture Capy-Joulia” has become a reference over the years in the field of car distribution, then design and construction of industrial and commercial buildings.
Always looking for perfection, the agency got richer in people and skills. Architects, engineers, economists, and building managers reinforce the team which operates all over France, French overseas departments and territories and on the African continent.

A UNIQUE STRUCTURE
Jean-Pierre Capy and Bruno Joulia wish to put their pencils down and entrust their drawing pads to their closest collaborators. In a willingness of excellence and multidisciplinary collaboration emerges a unique structure : Groupe Empreintes, stemming from the fusion of the agencies Capy-Joulia and Empreintes. Spreading accross France, our teams welcome you in Toulouse, Villefranche-de-Rouergue and La Roche-Bernard.
Proud of the legacy left by both agencies and sure of the professionalism and motivation of the team, I wished to pursue this mutual adventure…

NEW HORIZONS, NEW AMBITIONS
Present today on the whole of the French territory and even beyond, we wish to create proximity with our clients. It is with this in mind that after Villefranche in 1976 and Toulouse in 2001, we are opening the agency in La Roche-Bernard near Nantes in 2018.
We are also relying on a parallel partners’ network in the regions of Valenciennes, Dijon and Marseille.
We aim to create a group spirit but preserving identities, characteristics and skills proper to each site.
Working on our strongest points allows us to have more progression margin, and by complementing each other we can reach our goal best.
